About Me...

My name is Gareth Myers and I am the Owner & Sport Massage Therapist at GM Sports Massage.

I live locally to Huddersfield, in Holmfirth. I went to school at Holmfirth High School, followed by continuing my studies at Huddersfield New College, where I obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Sports & Exercise Science.

I have worked locally in Kirklees Schools, as a higher level educational teaching assistant, with a keen interest in physical education and sports.

I am a former FA Referee, where I refereed up to a professional standard. 

My hobbies... I have a keen interest in Cricket and Football. I play locally in both sports. I play for Holmfirth Cricket Club, where this season, I have been Club Captain. In football, I play for Holmbridge Football Team.

I completed my Sports Massage Training with the Complimentary Medical Association, receiving my certificate in the Sports Massage Practitioner Course and then obtained my Cupping Therapy Diploma with them too.
